Amount: Up to $8,000 per heat pump; up to ~$14,000 in HEAR measures
Income rule: Income-eligible; EmPower+ targets <80% AMI (100% coverage under 60% state median income)
Note: First state to launch IRA rebates (June 2024). Renters and owners of 1-4 unit homes. Stacks with NYS Clean Heat utility incentives.
Heads up: the federal 25C heat-pump tax credit ended 31 Dec 2025. The amounts above are state/utility programs that remain — they're funded in limited pots and can close without notice.
