Amount: Up to $8,000 for an ENERGY STAR electric heat pump
Income rule: <=80% AMI: up to 100% of cost; 80-150% AMI: up to 50% of cost
Note: Point-of-sale discount via approved contractors. Phased county rollout; reached all 100 counties Feb 2026.
