Income rule: <80% AMI: 100% of cost; 80-150% AMI: 50% of cost
Note: Region 1 (Front Range) single-family pathway closed April 28 2026 as funds reserved; Region 2 counties still accepting. Stacks with Xcel and $1,500 state tax credit.
Heads up: the federal 25C heat-pump tax credit ended 31 Dec 2025. The amounts above are state/utility programs that remain — they're funded in limited pots and can close without notice.
