Amount: Up to $8,000 for a space-heating heat pump
Income rule: Income-qualified <150% AMI (low-income <=80% AMI gets highest coverage)
Note: Implementer (Everblue) contract approved March 2026; launch expected mid-summer 2026. NHSaves utility heat pump rebates available in the meantime.
Heads up: the federal 25C heat-pump tax credit ended 31 Dec 2025. The amounts above are state/utility programs that remain — they're funded in limited pots and can close without notice.
