Program: NJ Clean Energy Whole-House + utility heat pump rebates
Amount: Up to $7,500 whole-home; LMI clean-heat lesser of $12,000 or 60% of cost; utility adders (PSE&G $900, JCP&L $1,000, ACE $1,300)
Income rule: Whole-home any income; LMI/Comfort Partners income-tested (~225-250% FPL)
Note: Ratepayer/utility-funded (NJCEP); IRA HEAR not yet launched. Comfort Partners offers free upgrades to qualifying households.
Heads up: the federal 25C heat-pump tax credit ended 31 Dec 2025. The amounts above are state/utility programs that remain — they're funded in limited pots and can close without notice.
