Amount: Up to $8,000 for an ENERGY STAR heat pump; $14,000 address cap
Income rule: <80% AMI (or qualifying benefit-program participation)
Note: Launched Sept 2024 (EMNRD/ECMD). Roughly half of funds remaining as of spring 2026.
Heads up: the federal 25C heat-pump tax credit ended 31 Dec 2025. The amounts above are state/utility programs that remain — they're funded in limited pots and can close without notice.
