Amount: Up to $8,000 per heat pump once live
Income rule: <150% AMI; <=80% AMI up to 100% of cost, 80-150% up to 50%
Note: Administered by the SC Energy Office; rolling out in 2026. Utility rebates (Duke, Dominion, Santee Cooper) available in the interim.
Heads up: the federal 25C heat-pump tax credit ended 31 Dec 2025. The amounts above are state/utility programs that remain — they're funded in limited pots and can close without notice.
